Curtis goes above and beyond for his clients. The first time we visited Roanoke was around April 2019. We came for my husband’s job interview and looked at houses with Curtis as part of the interview process. My middle son left his fidget spinner in Curtis’ car and in-spite of his busy schedule, he went out of his way to drop it off with the airline we were getting ready to board at the airport. Curtis did a nice market analysis for selling our house. He also provided a nice brochure and had photos done to best present the house. Curtis also provided guidance on things to do in the house to better show the house.

Just great and professional. I listed my home with Curtis because he sold my parents home in 2007, and got a really good price for them and he did for me as well. He listed and sold my home in under 30 days. He sold my home and it sold higher than any other home in my neighbor hood except for one. I told him how much I had to clear and he got it for me.

Outstanding experience working with Curtis. Professional, courteous, thorough and well prepared. My family and I were moving from out of town, and we had some significant time constraints and very specific requirements for our next home.
